6.Network I/F

You can choose the network connection type, wired network connection or wireless network connection.

If you want to use the wired network connection, select Wired LAN, and if you want to use the wireless

network connection, select WLAN. You can only have one network connection type active at a time.

(For DCP-340CW)

Press Menu.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select 3.LAN.

Press Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select 6.Network I/F.

Press Set.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Wired LAN or WLAN.

Press Set.

If you change the current setting, press ▲ or ▼ to select 1.Yes to reboot the machine.

If you do not change the current setting, press

▲ or ▼ to select 2.No to exit the menu.

(For MFC-640CW)

Press Menu/Set, 5, 6.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Wired LAN or WLAN.

If you change the current setting, select 1.Yes to reboot the machine.

If you do not change the current setting, select 2.No to exit the menu.

(For MFC-820CW)

Press Menu.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select LAN.

Press OK.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Network I/F.

Press OK.

Press ▲ or ▼ to select Wired LAN or WLAN.

Press OK.
